NVIDIA GeForce 7900 still in short supply

The Inquirer reports NVIDIA's GeForce 7900 GTX and GT graphics cards are still facing a shortage.
We don’t know what the problem is, but it seems that Nvidia cannot print enough G71 based chips. We know that many partners have a huge queue of back orders and some of them already have a few hundreds or even more pre-ordered cards they want to ship.

It doesn’t appear that the situation will be fixed soon - but there are still places where you can get Geforce 7900 GTX almost without waiting.
