AMD unveils Socket S1 processors

AMD unveiled a couple of Socket S1 mobile Sempron processors:
The three new Mobile Semprons are the 3200+, 3400+, 3500+. AMD didn't make public the parts' specifications, but they're believed to contain a single, 64-bit enabled core with either 256KB or 512KB L2 cache, depending on the model number.

The processors are priced at $107, $134 and $142, respectively, when sold in batches of 1,000 CPUs.
