Verizon has launched the Samsung SCH-a990 which is the first phone on the U.S. market with a 3.2 megapixel digital camera.
It's a real step towards being able to take pictures with your camera that are closer to those as you could take with a typical pocket digital camera. The camera makes the whole picture process easier, too, since Bluetooth capabilities allow you to print wirelessly to a Bluetooth capable printer. It also has a flash and in-camera photo-editing software to make it a powerful tool. The screen rotates 180 degrees so that it can go from looking like a phone to looking like a camera for easier use.
Some more info and photos can be found at Mobile Mag. It will be priced at $349.99 with a two year agreement on Verizon Wireless.
