Apple and Creative to settle case?

A possible settlement is in works for Apple and Creative:
Apple Computer and Creative Technology may be tossing the gloves aside when it comes to their ongoing legal fight. The two companies are currently at odds over a number of patents tossing punches back and forth, but a recent Bloomberg report points to a possible settlement. Apple and Creative currently have cases pending in California, Texas and Wisconsin covering patent disputes ranging from graphics user interfaces to mobile date editing on a PC to icon usage. The International Trade Council has even checked in on Apple's patent infringement case against Creative. Bloomberg reports:
