The module is double sided, featuring no more than 16 memory chips, 8 on each side. The DDR module has SPD settings of 2.5-3-3 running in DDR333 mode. But I’ve had no problems running it at 2.5-5-2-2.

VIA EPIA-M Platform
Mini-ITX is a very small form factor. VIA tries to fit a multimedia system into a motherboard that is a bit bigger than a jewel case. The performance is another story, though.

Are AMD Mobo makers getting cheap?
When my KT133 motherboard bit the dust after massive stability problems and such in only six months of use, I later acquired an ECS K7S5A motherboard utilizing the Sis735 chipset. It is actually a good motherboard in my opinion, just that ECS was trying to make this motherboard broadly compatible, when in fact it was not despite their claims that it supports anything you can put in it. AMD also found out about this, and does not recommend it but for Palomino core AMD cpus and 900-1000mhz Durons.More at Viper's Lair
