2006 BleedinEdge Heatsink Roundup Part 3

Posted on Tuesday, July 25 2006 @ 9:56 CEST by Thomas De Maesschalck
In this third segment of the 2006 BleedinEdge Heatsink Roundup, we're going to examine two tower type coolers. Both utilize a similar "tower" design resembling a skyscraper apartment complex. Both use a copper base, to which heatpipes attach and then bend upward. These pipes support multiple fins which are stacked vertically. In this feature we will show you how these heatsinks stack up to the others in our Roundup as well as show what these products are capable of with a little effort and/or expense.

Check it out over at Bleedingedge.
