The release dates of Budapest and Shanghai aren't sure yet. It's possible that they will be pushed back because of potential next-generation chipset availability problems.
A launch of the Barcelona core in Q2 2007. This core will support the current HyperTransport 2.0 specification and will work with current motherboards and chipsets. In Q4 2007 we can expect Budapest. This core will feature HyperTransport 3.0 and will be part of the Athlon 64 and one-way Opteron 12xx lineups. The third launch is planned for Q1 2008. The Shangai core will bring HyperTransport 3.0 to the two, four and eight-way Opteron 22xx and 82xx lines.
