Matrox working on 90nm GPU

Matrox is working on a new 90nm GPU:

Mosaid Memorize, a memory controller development firm, said that Matrox Graphics would incorporate DDR IP (intellectual property) memory interface and controller product “into future Matrox Graphics 90nm professional graphics controllers”.
