Creative Zen V Plus goes 8GB

Creative will release a 8GB version of its Zen V Plus MP3 player this month. The new 8GB Zen V Plus will be sold for a price of $238.
Apple Computer and SanDisk are two companies also offering 8GB flash-based MP3 players, according to industry sources in Taiwan. The mainstream storage capacity of MP3 players in the global market in 2007 will be 2-4GB, while 8GB models may have sales potential in the US, Europe and Japan, the sources noted.
