Belking Cooling Stand - new notebook cooler

Posted on Saturday, January 20 2007 @ 6:17 CET by Thomas De Maesschalck
Belkin presented a new product to keep laptops cool. The Cooling Stand has a wave design to create a channel between the laptop and the stand to assist in natural airflow. Unlike other laptop fans that draw heat down to push it out, the Cooling Stand’s fan takes advantage of heat’s natural reaction to rise by pushing hot air upward through the channel and away from your laptop.

Features:
  • High-capacity blower fan rapidly drives damaging heat away from system
  • Low power consumption via computer’s USB port, no bulky power adapters required
  • Patented wave design uses natural convection to enhance cooling
  • Gentle slope improves typing comfort and reduces wrist strain
  • Raises screen height to help reduce neck strain
  • Fits conveniently within laptop bag
  • The Belkin Cooling Stand will be available in February for $29.99.
