Best mouse around. But the Modsynergy reviewer didn't use the correct pad (he should have known that you should always use a light colored surface for an optical mouse) and didn't know where to plug it in. So, he gave a 9/10 rating when he should have given it a 10/10 rating. User error should not translate to hardware error.
