It seems that the information from the Korean site was pretty bogus, this CPU is already avaible for a few months. My apologies for the mistake.
It seems like there has been a new AMD Athlon XP 1800+ released in Korea for overclockers. Special is that this one is running at a voltage of only 1.5V. The normal version requires 1.65V. Probably this will result in better overclocking results because of lowered heat production.
The CPU is running at 1.53GHz with a FSB of 266MHz, and it has 256KB of L2 cache. The CPU is produced at 0.13 micron process.
