AMD RS780 supports DDR2 & DDR3

Our friends from Chile Hardware uncovered some more secrets about AMD's upcoming RS780 chipset.

This chipset will apparently support both DDR2 and DDR3:

DDR2 1066MHz, impressive because JEDEC wont release a standard and AMD normally follows JEDEC, will be interesting to see real support of DDR2 1066.
DDR3 1333MHz, this might be a new thing AMD CPUs might already have integrated DDR3 capabilities into their IMC

They also report the integrated graphics of the RS780 will be able to use up to 256MB of the system memory.
