AMD RV610LE uses less than 25W

Posted on Wednesday, April 11 2007 @ 23:16:50 CEST by

Besides the high-end R600, AMD/ATI also has a couple of cheap DirectX 10 products in the works like the RV610LE. FudZilla reports this card will be sold for less than $70.

The RV610LE will be made on a 65nm process and will feature 800MHz 128MB or 256MB memory.

The power consumption of this chip will be 25W. Other features include VGA out, one DVI and VIVO connector or HDMI, DDVI and VIVO support. The card uses passive cooling and will have software CrossFire support.
