Modding On The Cheap - Case Mod Project

Posted on Wednesday, April 18 2007 @ 5:31 CEST by Thomas De Maesschalck
About 6 months ago I contacted one of our resident modding guru members, Coelacanth, who is known for his Mac Guyver-like modding skillz. (The guy can mod anything using household items and can make it look suprisingly good.) I proposed a special project theme where he would take a budget-friendly case and then do a series of inexpensive mods to that case and show his progress. After some help from FrozenCPU and Ultra Products, he is now 6 months into that project and about 3/4 of the way done. This is a great mod project for those new to the hobby to check out; but I am sure even the experienced will pick up a trick or two as well.

Check it out at PC Apex.
