Patriot 1150MHz DDR2 memory modules released

Each memory maker is releasing faster and faster DDR2 memory modules. This week Patriot presented its new PC2-9200 DDR2 dual channel memory kits, these modules are clocked at 1150MHz.

With latency timings of 5-5-5-12 and a 2.3 voltage, the Extreme Performance PC2-9200 kits are available now in capacities of 1GB and 2GB, and they come with a lifetime warranty.
