Micron presents next gen cards from ATI and NVIDIA

The guys of the Inquirer had an exclusive photo shoot of some next generation cards from ATI and NVIDIA using GDDR3 memory modules from Micron at the Computex exhibition. Problably these are the NV40 and R420.
A Micron official confirmed that it is GDDR3 running at 800MHz and giving a data rate of 1.6Gbps will be in full production in Q1 of 2004.
