VR Zone heard NVIDIA's G98 is a low-end GPU that will replace the GeForce 8400 GS (G86) series.

The G98 will support PCI Express 2.0 and will have a 64-bit memory bus with 256MB GDDR2 memory clocked at 800MHz.

The card will compete against the ATI RV620, which uses a 64-bit bus too, and should perform between the G84 and G86.
