New block on the frontpage of DVH

I have added a new block last night after a lot of coding work. The block named "Latest news and reviews from other sites" appears on our frontpage just under the "Latest news on DV Hardware" block.

The block displays the latest 15 reviews/articles/howtos/... from other websites. It allows me to add this kind of news a lot faster. A page which lists all the review news will be added soon.
