This morning Apple announced T-Mobile will start offering their iPhone in Germany, starting November 9th.
The 8GB iPhone will be priced at 399EUR (including VAT) with a 2-year T-Mobile tariff.

The best mobile device currently on the market will soon be operating on the best network in the country.”
