Gateway ExtremeHD 1600 display to have HQV processing

Gizmodo spotted a new 30" LCD display at the Gateway One press event yesterday.

The Gateway ExtremeHD 1600 LCD display has a 2560 x 1600 pixel resolution and features upscaling with HQV Realta technology. The display also has lots of inputs for VGA, HDMI, DVI, component video, composite video and S-video.

It will be available on October 7th for about $1,700.
