Toshiba unveils very small hard disks

Toshiba showed worlds smallest hard disk, with a size of only 0.85 inches. It has a capacity of 2GB - 3GB, and it's scheduled to built into mobile phones.


Toshiba said that mass production is planned somewhere in 2005, with an OEM price of 30,000Yen (about 279 USD)

Mm mobile phones with 2GB memory.
