Here's a slide with some information about the upcoming Intel G45 chipset:
Eaglelake-G G45 IGP chipset used 65nm technology, new Intel GMA X4500 graphic core and the performances will be three times than G33. It will support DirectX 10 and Shader Model 4.0. It is said it can provide the game compatible ability like graphic core. It will build in Digital and Analog display output support. It will provide D-Sub, HDMI, Displayport and DVI ports while the chip built in HDCP Key to be the HD decoding support.
