The guys from Overclock3d received two photos which indicate OCZ will soon start shipping their Cryo-Z phase change cooling units.
The firm claims the Cryo-Z will be an "economically priced" ultra high-end cooling solution. It won't be cheap though, an OCZ representative told the press earlier this year that they are aiming for a price in the $299-$399 range.
It will be interesting to see how this product performs compared to high-end watercooling.
OCZ Cryo-Z coming really soon
