AMD to unveil Phenom 9600 Black Edition, Phenom 8800 series

OCWorkbench reports AMD is going to release a Black Edition of the Phenom 9600 processor. This CPU will feature an unlocked multiplier and will be available in December.

The quad-core Phenom 9700 (2.4GHz) and Phenom 9900 (2.6GHz) processors will be available in Q1 2008 and the site also learned that the tri-core Phenom 8800 series and Phenom FX will be launched in the first half of 2008.
