Team Group shows off 2133MHz DDR3 memory modules

Memory maker Team Group beats all other at CES 2008 by showing off a new module capable of achieving a frequency of 2133MHz.

The module runs with 10-10-10-30 latencies and needs 2.1 to 2.2V. The modules will be available in a 2GB dual channel kit, pricing is unknown.
