Alienware Area-51 m15x now available

Alienware's Area-51 m15x notebooks are now available.

There's a Core 2 Duo 2.2GHz with 2GB DDR2 667MHz memory, GeForce 8700M GT and a 15.4" LCD display with WideXGA+ resolution for $2,099 and also a model with a 2.4GHz Core 2 duo and GeForce 8800M GTX for $2,699.

A cheaper $1,499 model with a 1.8GHz Core 2 Duo, 1GB 667MHz DDR2 RAM and a GeForce 8600M GS will follow soon.
