AMD Phenom B3 won't improve overclocking?

Just spotted a rumour at the XtremeSystems forums that the B3 revision Phenom processor may not offer overclocking improvement:
AMD@Penang shared us the information that the refined engineering process of B3 does not in anyway improve overclocking performance. The upcoming Phenom revision which was only intended to iron out the TLB-bug took too much of scheduled time to fix.
Overclockers will have to wait for the Phenom B4 revision which is expected in April or May.
