PowerColor to debut passive Radeon HD 3870

FUD Zilla writes PowerColor's passively cooled Radeon HD 3870 SCS3 graphics card will soon be available.

This card is cooled by a massive aluminum cooling solution that has several heatpipes and takes up three slots.
