TC Mag published slides with the specifications of the NVIDIA GeForce 9300M and 9500M mobile GPUs:
While we understand that both cards are low-end we can't be 'happy' with the fact that the 9300M looks a lot like the 8400M GS while the 9500M is 'blood brother' with the 8600M GT. Coming with DirectX 10(.0) support and likely built around a 65nm chip, the 9300M features a 64-bit memory interface, 16 Stream Processors and frequencies of 400, 800 and 600 MHz for the GPU, shaders and 256MB of memory.

The 9500M has double the Stream Processors and a 128-bit memory interface and will be paired up with 512MB of memory. In terms of clocks the 9500M will have to settle for 475 (GPU), 950 (SPs) and 700 MHz (memory). As mentioned, the cards are already finding their way into laptops but performance wise, we still have to wait for the 'hardcore' GeForce 9M cards.
