Apacer PH151 4-port USB hub unveiled

Apacer has launched a new Y-shaped 4-port USB 2.0 hub, the PH151.
Far away from the bleak digital products, the PH151 is designed a revolutionary “Y”-shaped that glorify your workplace. It has four USB ports from side and up that make connecting effortless. Gone are the days of one USB device blocking two side-by-side USB ports because of its different angles and directions USB ports. PH151 also orders your digital work with its outstanding Y-shape design which makes a better balance when devices attached on it. The PH151 is both useful and convenient, and lets you easy to hold and take away.

Along with the unique PH151 comes great functionality as well. Backwards compatible with USB 1.1 specification, the PH151 provides up to 480 Mbps transfer rate that is 40 times faster than USB 1.1, giving fast USB connectivity for PCs and notebooks. Although the PH151 can be used most of the time without need of an external power source, an optional power adapter is available for USB devices that consume more power, such as CD-ROM/CD burners, external hard drives and printers. Over-current detection and protection is provided that limits the amount of current a USB peripheral can draw, which helps prevent system crashes and increases PC system stability. The PH151 is also plug-and-play compatible and supports hot-swapping function.
