Leaked Radeon HD 4850 and 4870 benchmark scores from AMD

Turkish hardware site Donanim Haber got their hands on leaked slides from AMD that compare the performance of AMD's upcoming Radeon HD 4870 and 4850 to old graphics cards from NVIDIA.

First up is a slide of the Radeon HD 4870. AMD claims this card is about 40% faster than the GeForce 9800 GTX in various games with a 1920 x 1200 pixel resolution and 4AA, 8AF:



Next is a slide of the Radeon HD 4850's performance. AMD says that with a 1920 x 1200 pixel resolution and 4AA, 8AF this card is 30-50% faster than a GeForce 8800 GT. Take it with a grain of salt though, soon independent benchmarks will tell the complete story.
