GeCube unveiled its Radeon HD 4870 graphics card:
To better meet the different needs of enthusiasts, the GECUBE HD4800 series is available in two models, the HD4850 and HD4870. The GECUBE HD4870 in particular is the heavyweight for AMD's new HD4800 series. This premium graphics card is equipped with the ATI Radeon™ RV770XT (55nm) core and the exclusive GDDR5 512MB high-speed memory. This potent combination allows the GECUBE HD4870 to achieve core and memory frequencies of 750MHz/3.6GHz, providing gamers with the extreme levels of performance they expect from the new generation of graphics technology. The new generation GECUBE HD4870 graphics cards even makes use of the latest TeraScale engine so the stream process can run at speeds as high as 800MHz. Inclusion of the PCI-Express 2.0 interface also allows support for the latest DirectX10.1/SM4.1, ATI CrossFireX™ technologies and 24X Anti-Aliasing (AA) to deliver the best high definition gaming experience, the GECUBE HD4870 not only delivers ultra-realistic high-definition video but also takes the art of video rendering to new heights.
