GTA IV coming to PC?

MegaGames writes the latest Malaysian PC Gamer magazine indicates GTA IV is coming to the PC:

The cover of the latest issue of the Malaysian gaming magazine features the game's protagonist, Niko Bellic, behind a headline saying "Now on console, soon on PC".

Unfortunately, we couldn't manage to get hold of the issue yet, so we can't confirm if the title belongs to a true first look at the game, or just a collection of online rumors put to print.
