DigiTimes reports Inventec will make a series of 10.1" and 10.2" netbooks for HP. These models will use the Intel Atom and are expected in October:
The current shortage of 10-inch panels is believed to be the main reason the company cannot launch the products until October.

HP's initial 10.1-inch netbook will adopt an SSD and have a display resolution of 1024×576. In the first quarter of 2009, the company will launch a 10.1-inch enterprise model which will give users the option of an SSD or traditional hard drive.
