Corsair launched 1GB XMS3200 module with CAS2

Corsair Memory today announced new XMS 3200 1GB modules supporting CAS2 latencies. These new modules offer 400MHz at 2-3-3-6 timings. These modules are available as a 1GB module or as a 2GB matched pair for Dual Channel. Corsair says that this is the first 1GB CAS2 module on the market.
