Dell to debut quad-core 17-inch notebook with 16GB RAM

Dell plans to release a mobile workstation beast. One of their upcoming 17" Precision notebooks will get a quad-core Intel processor, up to 1TB of storage, 17" display with 100% Adobe color gamut RGBLED, 16GB RAM memory and a graphics card with 1GB memory.

Now can they release a full keyboard and num keypad on a 15" machine like HP managed to do.

The better gamut, LED display is very welcome indeed, as is the RAM. All too often we have poor screens on laptops or an older laptop becomes unuseable because the memory is too small. This machine will address both of those and live a good long time.
