MSI Radeon HD 4350 is passively cooled

MSI released a passively cooled Radeon HD 4350 graphics card. This model features a 600MHz core, 512MB memory and a power consumption of only 25W. This entry-level graphics card will be available for around 45EUR and should be a nice part for HTPCs.
