Review : Gigabyte GA-7VAXP (KT400)

Posted on Wednesday, September 11 2002 @ 11:37:30 CEST by

AMDworld has reviewed Gigabyte's GA-7VAXP (KT400) :
We think if Gigabyte had just left that DDR-400 statement out they would a successful mainboard that would perform extremely well in a DDR333 environment and we also think many are going to be disillusioned and may not find out until it is too late so lets just hope you have read this and if it is a DDR333 board you need consider this. If it is DDR400 you need consider waiting until the confusion settles and perhaps allow time for the chipset manufacturer to mature the KT400 which would probably appear in a KT400A as proven in the past.
