Six AMD Phenom II AM3 processors expected in February 2009

Word has reached DigiTimes that AMD is planning to introduce six 45nm Socket AM3 Phenom II processors in February: the quad-core Phenom II X4 925 and 910 with 6MB L3 Cache, the quad-core Phenom II X4 810 and 805 with 4MB L3 Cache, and the triple-core Phenom II X3 720 and 710 with 6MB L3 Cache.

The first Phenom II X4 900 series Socket AM2+ processors are expected on January 8, 2009 and 45nm quad-core Athlon X4 600 and triple-core Athlon X3 400 processors, without L3 cache, are slated for April. Furthermore, AMD also plans to release dual-core 45nm Athlon X2 200 series processors but those parts won't be launched until June 2009.
