Review : Belkin Regulator Pro· Silver Series 650AV Ups

Posted on Saturday, September 14 2002 @ 09:07:07 CEST by

BurnOutPC has tested a UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) from Belkin,
An UPS allows you to safely turn off your pc when the power is down.
Picture this: Your playing Neverwinter Nights, and have not saved for like 2 hours. You’ve gained levels, killed bosses, and almost have enough money to buy that magic sword. All of a sudden, *BLACK SCREEN* Then the tears come. Ok, not a gamer you say? All you do is work/school? Well think of that 30 page essay you just wrote and the same thing happens 2 hrs before your deadline. In either situation an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) would have saved the day. In both situations you loose the work, and keep the pain. “Ups'ses” have been known around the world for some time now, and more and more company's are making one to cater your special needs, more backup time, and lesser change you loose your work.
