Taiwanese notebook makers to migrate production to China?

Taiwan’s major notebook makers may completely migrate their notebook production, including product samples, to China by the second half of 2005, according to sources at the makers. Their Taiwan offices will still be responsible for product development, technology research, material procurement, financial management and marketing, the sources added.
