NVIDIA CUDA 2.2 adds Windows 7 support

NVIDIA has launched CUDA 2.2 driver, toolkit and SDK for developers, this version introduces support for Microsoft's upcoming Windows 7 operating system. CUDA 2.2 can be downloaded over here.

CUDA 2.2 SDK changelog:
  • Added Mandelbrot (Julia Set), deviceQueryDrv, radixSort, SobolQRNG, threadFenceReduction
  • Supports CUDA Event Blocking Stream Synchronization (CU_CTX_BLOCKING_SYNC) on Linux and Windows
  • New CUDA 2.2 capabilities:
    - supports zero-mem copy (GT200, MCP79)
    - supports OS allocated pinned memory
