ASUS announced its P5Q PRO and P5Q SE PLUS are the first motherboards to be WHQL certified for Windows 7:

This fact was reinforced yet again today, when ASUS became the first motherboard manufacturer in the world to obtain WHQL (Windows Hardware Quality Labs) certification for 32-bit Windows 7.
