ASUS P6X58 Premium motherboard spotted

Techpowerup spotted the upcoming P6X58 Premium motherboard from ASUS, this product features support for the new 6Gb/s SATA.
The main improvement of SATA III is that it doubles the available bandwidth again, to reach 6 Gbit/s. While no current mechanical harddrives can reach such speeds, there are several SSDs out there that can saturate a 3 Gb/s link. Other improvements include an optional smaller connector for 1.8" devices and improvements to Native Command Queuing (NCQ).

Now if only they'd issue a P6T6 revolution V2 with SATA III on it. It would spark those lagging X58 sales, that's for sure!
