Buffalo debuts tiny 16GB flash drive

Buffalo has introduced the RUF2-PS, a new USB flash drive that is barely bigger than a USB connector. The drive is available in 2GB, 4GB, 8GB and 16GB capacities and measures just 18mm x 18mm x 8mm (W x H x D). Pricing, availability and performance details are unknown.
