PC Games Hardware reports Microsoft is developing a keyboard that will sense how strong a key is pressed:
With this technology a lot of new functions would become available: It would be possible to activate bold letters automatically by increasing the pressure on the keys or control if the delete key erases only a single character or the whole word. The prototype which is said to have been created already is used to test possible field of operations and possible usages of the technology. Plans for a introduction to the retail market have not been made yet, says the report.
