FUD Zilla writes AMD is working on a single-core Sargas processor with a TDP of 20W. This 45nm AM3 chip is named Athlon II 160U, it will run at 1.8GHz and will have 1MB cache.
The introduction of Sargas based ultra low efficient CPU will also mean the end of life for Athlon 2850e at 1.8GHz and 22W and Athlon 2650e with 1.6GHz and only 15W. They should EOL at the end of Q4 2009.

Both these CPUs are based on 65nm Sparta core. AMD will continue to ship last orders at least until Q2 2010 if not even further, but Sargas 45nm single-core is definitely the future of low power AMD single-core computing.
