Iriver plans to maintain top spot in the US MP3-player market

South Korea-based company iriver aims to retain its top spot in the flash MP3-player market in the US next year, with a 25% share rising from 18% at present, according to iriver Hong Kong.

In addition to the US, the MP3-player specialist also maintains the lead in the South Korean market, with a 55% share followed by Samsung, iriver Hong Kong noted.
