FUD Zilla reports Intel will debut the Atom N470 in the first quarter of 2010, this is a 1.83GHz processor with hyperthreading support and integrated graphics. In the same quarter we'll also see the Atom N450, that chip has a 1.66GHz clock frequency.
The CPU itself has 6.5W TPD which is more than double more compared to N270 1.6GHz Atom, but you have to remember that Atom N470 has 200MHz IGP integrated and the TDP is now calculated for both chips. The memory runs at 667MHz and we are talking about DDR2 support and the new chip still uses BGA 22x22mm packaging.
